SHIPPING & RETURNS
Qwork offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all domestic orders.
At this moment, we don't ship internationally. If you need any of the items of this website shipped outside the United States, please contact us at (909) 906 1578.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional 5-7 days in transit for delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3-5 business days.
Thank you for shopping at Qworkoffice.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from your order date to contact us to request a return to have the item ship back to us for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

All return merchandise must be in its original packaging. Your product must be in new or unused condition to receive a refund. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse. The funds will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges of merchandise.
